To help ensure that your Cognity solution begins with a successful start and continues to provide high ROI, we have created a portfolio of educational and training offerings for our products. These offerings are aimed at ensuring an in-depth understanding of Cognity to maximize its value for your organization.

At the time of Cognity installation, training is provided either onsite and/or live over the Internet. Our goal is to share our internal knowledge and experience with our clients. We also leverage our modelling expertise in each Cognity deployment. Structured to cover all aspects of the system, training is tailored to address each client’s unique goals.

Ongoing client training services are available at any time. Advanced training may cover new applications of existing modules and features, or cover new functionalities made available in periodic Cognity upgrades or new version releases. New members of your team and new groups within your organization can be brought up to speed quickly.

FinAnalytica mandates that training services always be led by an experienced member of our Client Services team. Each Client Services manager is an expert in using our technology and has multi-year experience in educating sophisticated clients with varying needs.
