Andrew Huddart, Chairman of the Board

Andrew Huddart is Chairman of FinAnalytica. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and risk management technology and solutions. He is currently General Manager of the Human Capital Franchise at Corporate Executive Board (CEB), a provider of best practices research. Andrew most recently spent three years as President of Moody’s KMV, the credit risk software and analytics business. Previously, he was COO and President, International of Barra Inc.

David Merrill

David Merrill is CEO of FinAnalytica and a long time veteran of the financial technology industry. Previously, David worked at NYFIX, where he was Managing Director, Head of Sales and Client Operations. Prior to this he was Managing Director, Americas at Moody’s KMV where he was responsible for client services, training and marketing globally. David also spent ten years at Omgeo, where he was Managing Director Global Operations.

Boryana Racheva-Iotova

Boryana Racheva-Iotova is President of FinAnalytica. She leads FinAnalytica's R&D team and product development of the Cognity platform which offers risk and portfolio construction analytics for the FoF and hedge fund industry. She was co-founder and CEO of the Bravo Risk Management Group - the originator of the Cognity product suite, which was later acquired by FinAnalytica. She holds M. Sci. in Probability and Statistics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Sofia University. Her many articles have recently appeared in premier scientific journals and her forthcoming book will appear in Wiley-Finance. She has 10 years of experience in building risk management solutions and utilizing the latest analytical advancements to meet the needs of financial industry practitioners.

Pavel Ezekiev

Pavel Ezekiev is a Managing Partner and co-founder of New Europe Venture Equity LP (NEVEQ), a venture capital firm investing in technology companies with global clients and R&D assets in southeast Europe. He ran Deutsche Bank in Bulgaria after working as M&A investment banker with Deutsche Bank London and as a financial analyst with Microsoft in Redmond, WA. Ezekiev was the Executive Director of InvestBulgaria Agency, a government authority responsible for state co-funding of greenfield projects. He has a degree from Northeastern University in Boston. Currently he is also Chairman of the Board of the largest regional business process outsourcing firm, Sofica Group, and serves on the University Council of the American University in Bulgaria.

Jamie Lewis

Jamie Lewis is Director, Investor Relations at CastleRock Management, a long/short equity hedge fund in New York. Prior to joining CastleRock, Lewis was a Vice President at a long/short hedge fund where she analyzed long/short equity investments. She has also held the post of investment banker at Deutsche Bank, where she advised bulge bracket private equity clients on leveraged buyouts. Lewis is a member of the board of directors of the DePauw University Robert C. McDermond Center for  Management and Entrepreneurship, and a member of the Development Committee for the non-profit organization Infinite Family. She has a BA in Economics and Spanish from DePauw University and an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in investment management.

Jamie Ridyard

Jamie Ridyard is CEO of Group, a holding company with interests in various venture capital and private equity sectors. Ridyard was previously CEO at APT, a risk solutions company, having been instrumental in its growth over the previous 15 years and, ultimately, its sale to SunGard in February 2008. Prior to his time in the finance sector, he taught Philosophy of Law at Wroclaw University, and holds a masters degree in Psychology from Cambridge University, England.

Ray Zemon

Ray Zemon was the founder of Bop LLC, an online clothing retailer. Prior to that he was Chief Fixed Income Investment Officer and Managing Director of Lincoln Capital Management (now Lehman Brothers Asset Management). He was also Vice President of the First National Bank of Chicago, as well as a fixed income portfolio manager at Harris Trust and Savings Bank. Zemon is also a Director of Nemean Networks. Zemon has an ABD in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S in Management from Rensselaer.
